Axis-Shield plc will issue its half yearly report for the six months ended 30 June 2010 at 07:00 BST on Wednesday, 25 August 2010.  Ian Gilham, Chief Executive Officer, and Ronny Hermansen, Group Finance Director, will host a presentation for analysts at 09:00 BST at the offices of M:Communications, CityPoint, 1 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9AW.  There will also be a presentation for analysts in Oslo on Thursday, 26 August 2010 at 08.00 CEST at The Grand Hotel, Oslo.
