Axis-Shield plc and its subsidiary Divisions and businesses (“The Group”) is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Board of Directors of Axis-Shield plc is responsible for this Policy. Divisional and Senior Managers are responsible for implementing and communicating this policy within their own Divisions.
